Yes! There’s no hard limit. Just note that files over 50GB may take longer to download and process. For faster workflow, we recommend using compressed 4K or HD exports when possible.

Most first drafts are delivered within 1–3 business days. Revision requests are typically turned around within 1 business day.

There’s no daily cap—it depends on your plan level, complexity, and queue. Some clients receive multiple short-form edits daily, others focus on high-impact long-form. We prioritize quality over quotas.
Absolutely. We offer unlimited revisions during your active subscription. You’ll receive access to an easy-to-use platform where you can comment directly on videos with clear time-stamped feedback.
Your content is safe with us. Every team member is under a strict NDA, and our systems are secured with encryption and access controls. We treat your brand and content like our own.
Final videos are available for you to download indefinitely. We store full project files for 90 days post-delivery, but recommend you back them up on your end as well.
Nope! We’re all about flexibility. Our plans are month-to-month, and you can pause or cancel anytime. Just let us know at least 5 days before your next billing cycle.
Yes! Your needs evolve—and so do our solutions. You can upgrade, downgrade, or adjust your plan at any time by contacting your Success Manager.
We can source licensed stock footage and visuals through Envato, Motion Array, and similar platforms—just let us know what you need. Otherwise, clients are responsible for providing brand-approved assets.
